摘 要

《京华烟云》是林语堂的作品，在书中他生动刻画了姚木兰这一女性形象。姚木兰不仅生来样貌美丽，还在耳濡目染中受到中国传统文化的熏陶。姚木兰从小知书达理、心底宽厚，林语堂将其刻画为新时代女性的代表人物。姚木兰也被塑造成为了一个完美的女性形象.

The Moment in Peaking is Lin yutang's work, in which he vividly portrays the female image

of yao mulan. Yao mulan is not only naturally beautiful, but also influenced by Chinese

traditional culture. Yao mulan is a young woman who has a good understanding,and deep

heart,. Lin yutang portrays her as a representative of women in the new age. Yao mulan is

portrayed as a perfect female figure as well.

Yao mulan's new concept of women embodies the respect for women and the hope of

women's consciousness in the new age.People combine with the background of that

time ,people can find that Yao Mulan has the new trend of thought of the new era of

women,.She can be said to be the combination of Chinese and western culture. Looking at the

values of yao mulan's love and marriage views, people can see the author's condemnation of

the old times and the longing of the new age. In the book, the women of yao mulan are

affected by different ideas all the time. Her father gave her the idea of Taoism, but her mother

made her unique in the Confucian thought, and formed her own unique Confucian inner way. consciousness, she can help us to understand Lin yutang's view of women.
