摘要

茶文化在中国生根发芽，是中国文化的一个重要部分。关于茶文化的著作数不胜数，作为古典小说的代表，《红楼梦》中就有许多关于茶的描写。在《红楼梦》中，茶香飘散在贾府生活的角角落落，展现出茶的不同韵味和意义。通过对茶具、茶俗以及茶诗茶联的分析研究，能够了解到贾府的众生百态，知晓封建社会大家庭的一些等级制度，体会到人物的性格以及心境，关注到茶俗在古代的一些表现，学会将提炼茶俗的精华，并且将之运用到现代社会中。同时研究《红楼梦》的茶饮文化，可以感悟到茶文化的韵味和精髓，这能够对当代社会的精神面貌的改变有所启迪，也可以改善当代青年的精神状况。本文对《红楼梦》中茶饮文化进行，可以了解茶文化的相关知识，找出茶文化对当代社会的作用价值。

前言

中国是茶文化的故乡。多年以前,古人就发现了茶叶的重要性。从最开始的粗略知晓,到现在的广泛使用,茶文化已经发展了五千多年。古往今来,人们对茶文化的探究从未停下脚步,更是由此诞生出了诸多关于茶文化的著作。“茶圣陆羽在《茶经》中写到：茶之为饮，发乎神农氏。”①茶文化的源远流长在这一句话中表露无遗，同时也将茶文化的价值展现出来。

《红楼梦》的作者曹雪芹是富贵子弟，家族庞大、生活富裕，但朝政往往带有戏剧性，可以一朝富贵，也可能跌落泥潭，曹家在一夜之间没落。曹雪芹的一生可以用“起于繁华，终于没落”形容。也正因为这样他能够深切地体会到当时的人情冷暖。因此，他把自己的所有见闻感受都写进了《红楼梦》这本巨著中。通过对小说的阅读，可以从一个封建家庭所表现出的茶文化来研究，古代社会的封建礼仪、社会习俗都会展露痕迹。这个研究结果有助于茶文化与当代社会相结合。

在《红楼梦》中，涉及到茶的篇幅几乎占了全书的四分之三，关于茶事的描写更是出现了不下百处，茶这一个字的出现就多达百次。从这里可以看出《红楼梦》描写茶是比较详细全面的。全书既有各色茶具的出现，也在贾府众人的生活状态中穿插了许多关于茶俗的细节，更是直观的写了很多茶联、茶诗。

笔者在查阅资料时也找到了很多关于《红楼梦》茶文化的论文，但大多数要么只是简单讲述了茶事，没有对其中所表现的茶文化进行研究；要么就是研究茶文化词语翻译的效果，语言的不同对意思理解的作用；要么就是研究茶在书中的意义，茶文化对小说人物性格刻画的作用等。虽然这一类的论文较多，但是对于

《红楼梦》中的茶饮文化还是有很大的研究空间的。
